The ArtReach program partners with schools to provide high-impact

Beaver Valley Orchestra and Lincoln Park Student Orchestra

Lincoln Park is home to two orchestras which are separate and distinct
though often they perform together in concert. Beaver Valley Orchestra – formerly
the Lincoln Park Community Orchestra - is composed of adult and advanced school
age musicians who play classical and lighter arrangements for standard symphonic
orchestral instruments. They play for personal enjoyment and volunteer their talents
in performance for community cultural enrichment. This orchestra practices at the Lincoln
Park Performing Arts Center Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. Those interested in the Beaver Valley
Orchestra may contact the group at bvalleyorch@aol.com. The Lincoln Park Performing
Arts Charter School Student Orchestra is composed of high school students enrolled
in the music program under the direction of Melissa Holman. Practice and performance
are part of their educational training.

Tri-State Musical

Students from Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia in grades 9-12 are
eligible to participate in the Tri-State Musical presented by Lincoln
Park Performing Arts Center. The production is a fully realized
Broadway style show with a complete professional staff. Student
performers, musicians, technicians and apprentices will have the
opportunity to work with a professional director, choreographer,

Gospel Music Workshop of America

Lincoln Park is home to the Western Region Chapter of the Gospel
Music Workshop of America. GMWA is the world’s largest organization
dedicated to the perpetuation of gospel music as an original
American art form and to the promotion of gospel music to the world.
